Located in Zurich`s Haus zum Winkel building at Kirchgasse 50, overlooking the Old Town, Galerie Rumbler elegantly unites a modern interior with the architectural legacy of this listed, historical building. Built in 1899 by Gustav Adolf Tobler, the son of a wealthy Zurich banker, the Haus zum Winkel is located in close proximity to the Kunsthaus Zurich (home to the formidable collection of the Zurcher Kunstgesellschaft), the Schauspielhaus Zurich theater, and the Villa Tobler (today also known as the Theater an der Winkelwiese).
